My Seller Pal support can help with the following:

• Bugs or other issues within the My Seller Pal tools
• Feature requests

My Seller Pal support does not help with (and not limited to):

• Strategies or advise
• Setup of tools or campaigns off of My Seller Pal (e.g., Facebook setup or Amazon setup)
• Review of ads campaigns or otherwise
• Google domain set up

The short story is, we are a tool provider, not an education service or consulting service to handle outside systems. We support our tool, not other systems.
