1. Go to My Seller Pal app Amazon MWS Token (US) page.
2. Then go to Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) page.

3. Verify that you have the correct data on My Seller Pal. Amazon Seller ID and Amazon Token MWS should look like the one below.

Another issue might be because My Seller Pal doesn't have access with your PPC data yet or you haven't linked your Amazon Sponsored Products account.
1. Go to My Seller Pal's Amazon Sponsored Products Integration page.
2. If it's already linked, remove and then re-add.
That should fix the issue and data should be loaded within 2 hours.
