In cases where you noticed that your My Seller Pal dashboard is not showing the correct or updated data, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Amazon Settings and choose the applicable MWS Settings - North America or EU.
2. Click on "Remove Token".
3. Once you are able to successfully remove your MWS token, click on "Connect Amazon MWS" - North America or EU.
OR
4. Click on the radio button then click "Next".
5. Click "Continue".
6. Next page should show as per below:
6. After successfully re-connecting your MWS credentials, wait for 1-2 hours for the app to fully update your data.
