If your advertising insights remain empty after an hour or two of connecting your Amazon PPC account, the most possible cause is that you might have linked an Amazon account that has no ad profile, which is possibly an Amazon buyer account. To fix this issue, you need to reset your Amazon Sponsored Accounts linkage by completing the steps below:
1. From your My Seller Pal dashboard, go to "Seller Info" and click on "Amazon Settings".
2. Click on "Remove PPC Access".
3. Once you have successfully removed PPC access, go back to your Amazon Settings and click on "Connect Amazon PPC Account" once again.
Reconnect by completing the same steps you did when you initially linked your PPC account.
You need to ensure that you are using the same Amazon login that is associated with your Amazon seller account.
4. After completing the steps, kindly allow the app to completely load your data for about 1-2 hours. If after this time period, you still don't see any data on your dashboard, please open a support ticket by sending an email to support@mysellerpal.com so we can investigate further.
